In Finding Your Element, author and educator, Sir Ken Robinson, offers viewers a guide to finding and being in their element. He provides basic principles and tools to help guide them to do the work they enjoy with a sense of contentment and purpose.

The earlier you start focusing on your child or students’ natural talents the better. When a child’s interests and natural desires are encouraged and nurtured early on children can flourish and be proud of what they can do. The Talent Discovery process helps identify what those natural interests and abilities are and how the child can expand upon them.
